1. Người bán và phạm vi

Framebloom là app Windows cho thuê theo tháng, do Lưu Thế Quỳnh (cá nhân) cung cấp; liên hệ qua Telegram @framebloom_hotro. Khi đăng nhập hoặc dùng thử, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này.

Chỉ người từ 18 tuổi trở lên được dùng Framebloom.

Google Flow không có API chính thức. Khi bạn bấm nối Google Flow và tích ô đồng ý, bạn ủy quyền như sau: phiên đăng nhập tài khoản Google của bạn được lưu trong một tài khoản của dịch vụ bên thứ ba do người bán vận hành. Dịch vụ này và người bán có thể dùng phiên đó để tạo ảnh/video thay bạn. Phiên này có thể cho phép truy cập các dịch vụ khác của cùng tài khoản Google, vì vậy hãy dùng một tài khoản Google riêng, không chứa email, tài liệu hay dữ liệu quan trọng. Lời nhắc và ảnh bạn gửi đi qua máy chủ của người bán. Bạn nhập mật khẩu Google vào cửa sổ do dịch vụ bên thứ ba đó vận hành; Framebloom không lưu mật khẩu đó. Dùng công cụ tự động với Google Flow có thể vi phạm điều khoản của Google. Google có thể giới hạn hoặc khóa tài khoản của bạn, và Framebloom không ngăn được; bạn chấp nhận rủi ro này khi nối. Bạn có thể gỡ kết nối bất cứ lúc nào trong app.

App và các dịch vụ bên thứ ba có thể thay đổi, gián đoạn hoặc ngừng. Người bán không chịu trách nhiệm về việc nhà cung cấp AI giới hạn hoặc khóa tài khoản của bạn, trừ khi do lỗi của người bán. Trách nhiệm bồi thường của người bán (nếu có) không vượt quá số tiền thuê bạn đã trả trong 12 tháng gần nhất; giới hạn này không áp dụng với lỗi cố ý.

Seller. Framebloom is a Windows app rented monthly, provided by Lưu Thế Quỳnh (individual); contact via Telegram @framebloom_hotro. By signing in or starting a trial you accept these terms.

Age. Only people aged 18 or over may use Framebloom.

Your own AI accounts. Framebloom uses your own AI accounts and keys (Google Flow, Gemini, Higgsfield, Google Cloud...). Providers bill you directly; the rental fee does not include those costs. You must follow each provider's terms and are responsible for your own AI accounts, except the risk described in section 4. The seller is not responsible for how you use your AI providers' accounts; any consequence to those accounts (including the provider limiting, suspending or charging them) is yours. Framebloom is not sponsored or endorsed by Google, ByteDance, BytePlus, Kuaishou (Kling) or Higgsfield; Google Flow and Meta Muse are connected through a third-party service operated by the seller.

Google Flow authorization. Google Flow has no official API. When you connect Google Flow and tick the consent box, you authorize the following: your Google sign-in session is stored in an account of a third-party service operated by the seller. That service and the seller can use that session to generate images and videos on your behalf. The session may allow access to other services of the same Google account, so use a dedicated Google account with no important email or files. Your prompts and images pass through the seller’s server. You enter your Google password in a window operated by that third-party service; Framebloom does not store that password. Using automation tools with Google Flow may violate Google’s terms. Google may limit or suspend your account, and Framebloom cannot prevent it; you accept this risk when connecting. You can disconnect at any time in the app.

Your content. You are responsible for what you create and publish. Do not create illegal, deceptive or sexual content, content that infringes others' rights, or content using a real person's face or voice without permission. Do not present AI-generated content as human-made or as a real customer or expert, and do not use it for fake reviews. Only add sample videos you have the right to use for analysis, and only upload logos, product photos, character photos and music you have the right to use. Do not upload confidential information or unauthorized photos of real people; some providers (e.g. Higgsfield) may use content to improve their models. Label AI-generated videos where platforms require it. Framebloom does not intentionally remove or hide providers' AI provenance marks; because joining videos and adding a logo re-encodes them, some metadata may be lost, so you must still turn on each platform's AI label when you post.

Rental. Access lasts for the period paid and does not auto-renew. Prices depend on billing country: VND in Vietnam, USD elsewhere. Payment: bank transfer (QR code) or PayPal. The 3-day trial needs no card, once per computer. Google Flow accounts: each rental plan includes up to 3 Google Flow accounts connected through the Framebloom server. Extra accounts cost 2 USD per account per month (billed abroad) or 49,000 VND per account per month (billed in Vietnam), for the remaining months of your plan. Removing an account frees its slot for another. Your own API keys (Gemini, Higgsfield, Google Cloud) are not limited. One ID is for one person on up to 1 computer; no sharing, reselling or reverse engineering. The seller may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Refunds: see the refund policy below. Ownership of generated images and videos depends on each AI provider's terms and local law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam; changes are posted on this page with an effective date and notified by email and in the app before they take effect; if you do not agree, you are refunded for the months not yet started.

Refund policy. Try before you pay: the app includes a free 3-day trial. If the app cannot run on your computer (Windows 10/11 64-bit) within 7 days of payment and the seller cannot fix it within 3 business days of your report, you get a full refund of that payment. If the Google Flow connection is down for more than 7 days for reasons on the side of the seller or the third-party service operated by the seller, you are refunded pro rata for the remaining days of your plan, or given the equivalent extra time. Plans of 3, 6 or 12 months can be stopped early: months already started are charged at the 1-month price (12 USD or 299,000 VND) and the rest is refunded for months not yet started (example: a 3-month plan at 799,000 VND, stopped after 1 month and 10 days → 2 months × 299,000 VND = 598,000 VND charged, 201,000 VND refunded). No refunds for a 1-month plan change of mind after 7 days of use, accounts suspended for breaching these terms, AI providers (Google, Higgsfield...) limiting or suspending your AI accounts, or fees you pay to AI providers. To request a refund, message us on Telegram @framebloom_hotro with your login ID and transaction reference. Refunds go back through the channel you paid with (bank transfer or PayPal) within 7 business days of approval; PayPal fees, if any, follow PayPal's policy.

No warranty. The app and third-party services may change, be interrupted or stop. The seller is not responsible for AI providers limiting or suspending your accounts unless caused by the seller’s fault. The seller’s liability, if any, is limited to the rental fees you paid in the last 12 months; this limit does not apply to intentional misconduct.
