Dữ liệu nằm trên máy bạn

Khóa API (Gemini, Higgsfield, Google Cloud) được mã hóa trên máy bạn, không gửi tới máy chủ Framebloom; app dùng chúng để gọi trực tiếp nhà cung cấp (Google, Higgsfield). Ảnh và lời nhắc dùng cho Google Flow đi qua máy chủ Framebloom (chỉ để chuyển tiếp) tới dịch vụ bên thứ ba do người bán vận hành rồi Google. Các nội dung khác (logo, kịch bản, video đã tạo) lưu trên máy bạn.

Cookie và trình duyệt web

Website framebloom.app dùng một cookie fb_ref (lưu mã giới thiệu bạn bấm vào, 30 ngày) và localStorage fb-nn (nhớ ngôn ngữ bạn chọn). Phông chữ tải từ Google Fonts, nên Google có thể thấy địa chỉ IP của bạn khi trang tải phông. Website không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay theo dõi.

Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể gỡ kết nối Google Flow trong app bất cứ lúc nào: email và dữ liệu liên quan bị xóa khỏi máy chủ Framebloom, phiên đăng nhập bị gỡ khỏi dịch vụ bên thứ ba do người bán vận hành; lịch sử lệnh có thể còn ở dịch vụ đó theo chính sách của họ. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa, xóa dữ liệu hoặc rút lại đồng ý qua Telegram @framebloom_hotro; chúng tôi trả lời trong 30 ngày. Thời hạn lưu: tài khoản thuê tới 12 tháng sau khi hết hạn; mã lệnh 7 ngày; email Flow tới khi bạn gỡ kết nối. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu dữ liệu của người dưới 18 tuổi. Muốn xóa tài khoản thuê, nhắn Telegram @framebloom_hotro.

Data controller. Lưu Thế Quỳnh (individual seller of Framebloom); contact via Telegram @framebloom_hotro.

On your computer. API keys (Gemini, Higgsfield, Google Cloud) are encrypted on your computer and not sent to Framebloom servers; the app uses them to call the provider directly (Google, Higgsfield). Images and prompts used for Google Flow pass through the Framebloom server (relay only) to a third-party service operated by the seller and then Google. Other content (logos, scripts, generated videos) stays on your computer.

Stored on Framebloom servers. Sign-in: ID, password (hashed only), plan, expiry date, machine code. Google Flow: the email of the Google Flow account you connect, when you gave authorization, and generation job IDs (deleted after 7 days). Prompts and images you send for Google Flow pass through the Framebloom server to a third-party service operated by the seller and then Google; the server does not intentionally store that content. Technical logs (IP address, time, error codes) are kept for up to 14 days. Your Google sign-in session (when you connect Google Flow) lives in an account of a third-party service operated by the seller. Payment: transaction reference, amount, the email that receives the receipt, and for PayPal the details PayPal returns — used to confirm the order, send your login and process refunds, kept for up to 12 months after the last transaction for accounting and fraud prevention. Affiliate (if you sign up to refer): name, email, channel link and payout method (bank or PayPal) — used to contact you and pay commission, kept for up to 12 months after the last payout.

Cookies and your browser. The framebloom.app website uses one cookie, fb_ref (stores the referral code you clicked, 30 days), and localStorage fb-nn (remembers your chosen language). Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google may see your IP address when the page loads fonts. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Third parties. A third-party service operated by the seller keeps your Google Flow sign-in session to generate on your behalf and logs requests under its own policy. Google, Higgsfield and other AI providers process prompts, images and videos under their own policies; some may use content to improve their models (for example Higgsfield). The sign-in server runs on Cloudflare; the Flow server runs on a rented server in Vietnam (CloudFly).

Your choices. You can disconnect Google Flow in the app at any time: the email and related data are removed from the Framebloom server and the session is removed from the third-party service operated by the seller; request history may remain at that service under its policy. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent via Telegram @framebloom_hotro; we reply within 30 days. Retention: rental account up to 12 months after expiry; job IDs 7 days; Flow email until you disconnect. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18. To delete your rental account, contact us on Telegram @framebloom_hotro.
